CA Dhvanish Shah, the Proprietor of Dhvanish Shah & Associates, is a commerce graduate and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. With extensive experience in consulting, internal auditing, and financial advisory roles, he has worked with several prominent government organizations and trusts.
CA Dhvanish Shah has a proven track record in designing and implementing systems and procedures, internal control systems, and accounting manuals for government entities with multi-location accounting operations. He also possesses in-depth expertise in ERP system implementation, GAP assessment, and providing valuable industry insights.

Monish Shah (B.Com, M.Com)
Monish Shah joined our team in 2014 as a VAT Consultant and later took charge of all Indirect Tax and GST work for Dhvanish Shah & Associates. He is the younger brother of Mr. Dhvanish Shah, the proprietor, and has 15 years of experience in the field of Indirect Tax. Monish handles GST departmental work and is also involved in business development for the firm. Monish brings strong drafting and technical law analytical skills to the team. He is the first point of contact for clients needing assistance with government scrutiny, notice replies, and other compliance-related matters. His deep understanding of tax regulations and his ability to provide practical solutions have earned him the trust of our clients. With his extensive knowledge of Indirect Tax laws and a proactive approach, Monish plays a key role in ensuring our clients remain compliant while helping the firm navigate complex regulatory challenges. His contributions are vital to the team’s success and the firm’s growth.
Darshan Tarapara (B.Com, M.Com)
Darshan has been a key member of our team since 2020, with strong experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance for government agencies and institutional clients. He pays great attention to detail and is skilled at managing complex financial data accurately. For the past two years, Darshan has handled all of our firm's Income Tax Return Filing and TDS Compliance work, ensuring everything is done correctly and on time. He also keeps our clients informed about the latest legal changes, explaining them in a way that’s easy to understand. Darshan’s deep knowledge of regulations, along with his problem-solving skills, has helped improve our processes and efficiency. Jeel Raval (B.Com, M.Com)
Jeel joined our team in 2020, bringing excellent skills in analysis, financial reporting, and GST services. She is committed to delivering accurate and timely accounting services, and her work has been highly valued in managing various projects for government institutions. Jeel is responsible for handling all GST return filing work for the firm. She consistently ensures that tasks are completed on time and with precision. Jinal Prajapati (B.Com, M.Com)
Jinal joined our team in 2021 as an Internal Auditor. She is responsible for managing internal audits for one of our clients who uses an SAP-based accounting system. For the past three years, she has also handled day-to-day approvals and ensures GST and TDS compliance for this client. As the youngest member of our team, Jinal brings new ideas and energy. She is always eager to learn about new technologies and stays updated on the latest trends. This helps the team stay current and improve our processes. Her enthusiasm, ability to adapt to new tools, and proactive approach have been valuable in improving the team’s efficiency.
